Design Style
The units are arranged to reflect the ancient Irish Clachan settlement pattern, and have been designed in a traditional cottage style, with open trussed roofs, which while proving attractive to potential customers, are also practical for tenant, with large service doors to the rear of the unit.

Rent
At a rate of £3.50 +vat per sqft
Payable monthly in advance by direct debit.

Deposit
£500 (non refundable if you leave the unit before your lease term has ended.

Term
Negotiable.

Repairs
Tenants shall be responsible for internal repairs. Alterations to the units are generally permissible but there must be prior agreement with the board of directors.

Service Charge
An extra charge is owed per year to cover external repairs, maintenance, security and insurance. (reviewed annually )  This charge to be paid monthly by direct debit.

VAT
All prices, outgoings and rentals quoted are exclusive of, but are liable to Vat at the standard rate.

Keys
Clients will be provided with one set of keys and a gate key. Access is available at any time, but the last client to leave the site is responsible for locking the gates.
